fresh towels terrace area
the room was cleaned well daily and fresh towels were provided. breakfast offered good variety and i found the terrace area beside it to be lovely for relaxation
there were a few minor cosmetic issues in the bathroom

grand bazaar friendly staff breakfast terrace
The location proved useful. i found the grand bazaar quite close. the staff were friendly. the breakfast terrace offered pleasing views. It was a nice start to the day. the room included reliable wifi.
there were only a few plugs in the room. one plug did not work. this shortage was difficult, as i needed to charge several devices.

the reception was consistently available. the staff offered directions. several staff members spoke english, and they readily addressed questions about local culture.

Fantastic Location and Service!
ideal location cute staff amazing views breakfast terrace
I really appreciated the ideal location near key attractions. It's so close to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque! The staff were cute and always so helpful, this. I especially enjoyed the breakfast served on the terrace, the views are just amazing.
The room i stayed in was a bit smaller than expected, it worked for one person.

My room had individual climate control. It also includes a minibar and a safe. The bathroom provided a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, nice.

The front desk offers currency exchange and tour arrangements. The staff speaks several languages, including English and German. They were always available to assist with directions and local tips.
